Brian, notice we said Fishing Observer........ the observer that one brings must be a person that will fish and try his/her best. At present, there are only 5 persons listed that need to bring an Observer. This is shaping up to be 3 tournaments in one. Angler vs Angler....Co Angler vs Co Angler....Observer vs Observer... (the observers will be competing for a nice 1st place prize. (also working on a 1 day fishing trip on Ky/Barkley Lake w/local guide "The Stroker") as additional prize in the observer package. Still have to confirm this with him.
