The State tournament banquet & meeting will be at the Maysville-Mason Co Recreation Park which is off of US 68 just south (about 2 miles) of the intersection of 68 & the AA Highway. We will be outside but under the Browning shelter so you may want to bring a jacket. We will be having a grill out which will be served up by one of the state sponsors. Here is a list of hotels in Maysville. From prior experience the Days Inn is one the cheapest with good boat parking. You will have to disconnect from the tow vehicle in most cases though. The other hotels in town may have better offers, but beware of the parking situation. The Days Inn has reduced their rate from $79 to $58.99+ tax if we can fill 10 rooms. Be sure...

To get to the City Ramp (from the intersection of US68/62 & AA Highway):
Go North on US 68/62 and wind down the hill about 2.5 miles. Turn right on Ky Ave (Ky 10, Ky Ave will change names and become ForestAve), for about 1 mile. Turn LEFTon Main St which will run over the city flood wall and place you at the City Ramp. Also heres a Yahoo map as well:

Maysville is on every state map so I won't waste time telling you how to get to the city itself. The majority of the resturaunts, hotels & WalMart are located on the AA highway (Ky9/10) east of the intersection of US68/62. Details are being worked out for a host hotel, so check back in a couple of weeks, however there are several in the area: Days Inn, Best Western, Holiday Inn express & others.
